House Bill #699, passed on June 14, 1984, enabled the creation of a
permanent family law commission. Relevant statutes regarding the Commission
on Family Law and its purpose can be found in Chapter 20 of Title 13 of the

Obtain an Audio Copy of Your Family Court Hearing
Family Law Commission is pleased to announce that after many requests, Family Court has adopted new rules that allow a party (or his or her attorney) to obtain a CD of his or her hearing. You can find more information here.
