Since 2010, the Family Law Commission has made the accessibility of Family Court resources one of its top priorities. As I became the Director of Pro Se Services and Professional Development for the Family Court in late September of 2010, I began to focus on the Commission’s concerns and identified several avenues by which the Court could improve it’s accessibility to the citizens of Delaware.
